Location and Surrounding Area
Located in the heart of Praiano, this carefully-restored five-bedroom villa is the perfect place for a stylish break on one of the most celebrated stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean. With a spectacular cliff-top setting facing the sea, it is no wonder the Amalfi Coast is a must-visit destination on everyone's bucket list. With its dreamy setting, suspended between the mountains and the sea, Praiano offers a quiet charm that is closely connected to nature.

Despite its mountainside setting, Praiano has always had a strong connection with the sea. Its ancient name likely derives from the Latin for “open sea” because the town sits on a cape along the Amalfi Coast. The town has long been known for fishing, including the production of nets, and later coral fishing. Evidence of the fishing tradition can be seen at the Marina di Praia beach, which is often covered with small wooden boats and heaps of fishing cages and nets.

With a seeming maze of streets and staircases, Amalfi is a town best explored on foot. While Piazza Duomo and the main street are home to most of the town’s shops and restaurants, do spend some time wandering and exploring the quieter side streets, where you will find arched passageways, hidden gardens and tiny piazzas. Sitting high in the hills above Amalfi, Ravello is famous for its ravishing gardens and stupendous views, the best in the world according to former resident Gore Vidal.

The villa is also a few kilometers from Sorrento. The ancient town center of Sorrento is laid out on a Roman grid of narrow lanes, now lined with exclusive restaurants serving gnocchi and shops selling lemon-themed souvenirs, but away from the well-worn paths are little-explored nooks and crannies. From Sorrento, hop on the Circumvesuviana train to march around the ancient sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvius.

Villa Floria is 68 km from Naples Capodichino International Airport and 302 km from Rome Leonardo da Vinci International Airport. Positano is 8 km from the villa, Amalfi is 9 km, Ravello is 16 km, Sorrento is 23 km, Pompeii is 42 km, Herculaneum is 57 km, Naples is 64 km. The villa is located in the center of Praiano, where all the necessary services can be easily found. The closest beach is Praia. From Praia by boat you can reach the Gavitella beach, still in the Municipality of Praiano.

Overlooking the sea, this carefully-renovated villa can accommodate up to ten guests featuring five bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.

Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa boasts a generous terrace with an exceptional pool with wonderful views of the sea. Outdoors you will also find al fresco lounge areas for relaxing and socializing and an exclusive area with barbecue where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and the mild Mediterranean climate. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and unparalleled views of the turquoise sea, the terrace is the perfect setting for romantic dinners and stargazing.  The outdoor area also features a small outdoor fitness area in the shade of a pergola, which includes a weight bench, an excercise bike, and a treadmill.

A refuge for the body and the spirit, the exclusive wellness area of the villa, which is located on the ground floor, offers all the rituals of contemporary wellness in a setting at once sumptuous and elegant, featuring indoor pool (heated up to 31°C, with Jacuzzi), sauna, emotional shower, bucket shower and hot tub. Indulge yourself as you immerse into the pool and stimulating heat experiences, or simply surrender to the peace and stillness of pure relaxation.

Flooded with natural light, the villa’s generous living room features comfortable sofas with plenty of seating. The majolica tiles well complement the otherwise neutral backdrop of walls, while the windows capturing views of the sea create a luminous atmosphere. The villa also boasts a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need during your stay. This 230-sqm villa also boasts five comfortable double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom, located on the upper floors.

Like a piece of art decorating the ground floor, a spiral staircase connects the floors of the villa. The upper floors of the villa boast five double bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the first level and features en-suite bathroom with shower. On the same level you will also find the bathroom and living area of the fifth double bedroom, which is located on the upper level. In the fifth bedroom’s bathroom you will find a shower, while in the room you will also find an exclusive bathtub.

Please note that the butler lives in the villa, in his own dedicated independent apartment. The butler's apartment is located on the top level of the villa (attic) and has an independent bathroom and kitchen. Privacy of guests is guaranteed. The laundry room is not accessible to guests. Personal laundry service is available for guests on request, at an extra cost. The indoor pool can be heated up to 31°C. On the other hand, the outdoor pool is not heated.
